Habit Tracker

Build streaks: mark daily habits on a 14-day grid, saved locally.

The Habit Tracker turns consistency into something you can see: add habits like 'drink 2L water' or 'read 10 pages', then tap each day's cell as you complete it. The 14-day grid fills in, and a live streak counter shows how many consecutive days you have kept going.

Behavioral science is clear that visible streaks are one of the strongest motivators for habit formation — a chain you do not want to break. This tracker keeps that feedback loop simple: no accounts, no goals hierarchy, just honest daily marks and the fire emoji that rewards your run.

All data is saved to local storage on your device and never uploaded. Two weeks of cells is enough to show the pattern without overwhelming the screen; the streak column keeps the motivation.

Add a habit and tap the day cells to mark completion. Your last 14 days are shown, saved locally in this browser.

How to use the Habit Tracker

  1. Type a habit and click Add.
  2. Tap the day cells to mark each completed day.
  3. Watch the streak counter grow.
  4. Delete habits you no longer track.
  5. Return daily — the grid persists in this browser.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a 'day'?

Each cell represents one calendar date in your local timezone. Mark a day as completed whenever you finish the habit that day — the tool does not judge what time it happened.

How is the streak calculated?

The streak counts consecutive completed days ending today (or yesterday, if today is not yet marked). Missing a day resets it to zero — the nudge that keeps the chain alive.

Where is my habit data stored?

In this browser's local storage. It will not sync across devices and is removed if you clear site data — if you want a permanent record, track in a spreadsheet instead.
